Website content is for general information only. Descriptions of services, timelines, pricing ranges, and project examples do not create a binding contract unless confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Estimates and Project Agreements

• Submitting a form or requesting a “Free Estimate” does not obligate either party to proceed with a project.
• Any estimate provided through the website, phone, email, or in-person consultation is approximate and non-binding until a written proposal or contract is signed.
• Final scope, price, schedule, materials, warranties, and payment terms are governed solely by the signed project agreement and related documents.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, project goals, and decision-making authority.

4. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to interfere with site security or functionality
• Scrape, copy, or republish site content for commercial use without our written permission

Our total liability related to website use shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), or the amount you paid us (if any) specifically for website-related services in the twelve months before the claim. This limitation does not affect liability that cannot be limited under Florida law, nor does it replace remedies set out in a signed project agreement.
